Set Up Your Team

Navigate to Dashboard โ†’ Team Management. Here you can:

  • Invite by email: Enter email addresses and send individual invitations
  • Share access code: Copy your team's unique code for bulk invitations
  • View team roster: See all members and their join status

Accept Your Invitation

You'll receive an email invitation from your team leader. You can join in three ways:

  • Click the magic link in your invitation email (easiest!)
  • Visit the invitation URL shared by your team leader
  • Go to Teams page and enter the team access code manually

Access Your Courses

Navigate to Dashboard โ†’ My Courses. You'll see all courses your team has purchased. Each course card shows:

  • Your current progress percentage
  • Number of lessons completed vs. total
  • Quick actions: Continue Learning, View Overview, or Start Course

Start Learning!

Click "View Course Overview" to see the full learning path with all modules and lessons. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pick up exactly where you left off. Complete all lessons to earn your certificate!

What are Chat Lessons?

Unlike traditional video courses or static text, Collabr.ai delivers expertly crafted lesson content through a chat-style interface. The lessons are pre-written by our team, but presented as a natural conversation. This makes learning feel more engaging and interactive, even though the core content is carefully designed and structured.

  • Lesson content is pre-written: Our experts craft every section, quiz, and challenge
  • Presented in chat format: Content appears as messages in a conversation (but it's pre-scripted)
  • AI assistant activates when YOU ask: Type your questions to activate a separate AI that helps clarify concepts
  • AI has no lesson context: The assistant doesn't know quiz answers or lesson contentโ€”it's independent and only sees your chat

How to Use the Chat Lesson Interface

Start a Lesson

Navigate to a lesson from the course overview. You'll be taken to the chat interface at /chat.

Follow the Pre-Written Content

The lesson content (crafted by our team) appears in the chat interface. Each lesson includes:

  • Text sections: Core concepts and explanations
  • Interactive quizzes: Test your understanding with multiple-choice questions
  • Challenges: Hands-on exercises and prompts to apply what you've learned using the built-in AI assistant

Ask Questions Anytime

Type your questions in the chat box at any point to activate the independent AI assistant. Important: The AI doesn't have access to the lesson content or quiz answersโ€”it only sees your conversation. It can:

  • Clarify concepts you're learning about (based on your description)
  • Provide real-world examples and use cases
  • Help you think through challenges (without giving answers)
  • Discuss topics from your conversation history

Complete Sections

Work through each section at your own pace. Your progress is automatically saved. You can leave and return anytime - the interface remembers where you left off.

Mark as Complete

When you finish all sections in a lesson, it's marked as complete. Continue to the next lesson or return to the course overview to choose another lesson.

Don't Be Shy - Ask Questions!

The AI is there to help. If something isn't clear, ask for clarification, examples, or a different explanation. There are no "dumb questions."

Experiment and Explore

Ask "what if" questions, request alternative examples, or dive deeper into related topics. The AI adapts to your curiosity.

Review Anytime

Completed lessons remain accessible. Return to previous lessons to refresh your memory or review specific concepts.

Creating & Managing Teams

Adding Team Members

Team leaders can invite members through the Team Management page. Two methods available:

  • Email Invitations: Enter email addresses to send individual magic links
  • Access Code: Share your unique team code for bulk invitations

Team Size Limits

Courses are purchased for specific team sizes: 5, 20, or 50 members. Once you reach your team limit, you'll need to contact support to upgrade to the next tier. For teams larger than 50, we offer custom enterprise pricing.

Member Permissions

Team Leaders can manage teams, purchase courses, and view analytics. Team Members can access courses and track their own progress. Members cannot be removed once added to prevent tier abuse.

Joining Multiple Teams

Users can be members of multiple teams simultaneously. Each team provides access to different courses. Switch between teams using the team selector in your dashboard.

It's more cost-effective to create one larger team rather than multiple small teams for the same purpose, as pricing scales favorably with team size.

Understanding Course Structure

Each course is organized into modules, and each module contains multiple lessons. The course overview page visualizes your learning path with:

See completion percentage and time invested

How Progress is Tracked

  • Automatic Saving: Your progress is saved automatically as you complete lesson sections. No need to manually mark anything.
  • Lesson Completion: A lesson is marked complete when you finish all its sections (text, quizzes, challenges).
  • Module Completion: Modules show completion based on percentage of lessons finished.
  • Course Completion: Complete all lessons to finish a course and earn your certificate!

Earn Your Certificate

Upon completing all lessons in a course, you'll automatically receive a certificate of completion. Certificates include:

  • Your name and course title
  • Completion date and unique verification code
  • Downloadable PDF and shareable link

How Pricing Works

Courses are sold as one-time purchases (no subscriptions). Pricing is based on team size tiers:

  • Team sizes: 5, 20, 50 members, or custom enterprise pricing
  • Price per person decreases with larger teams (bulk discount)
  • All prices in EUR (Euro) with EU-compliant invoices
  • Lifetime access - pay once, learn forever

Invoices & Receipts

After completing a purchase, you'll receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email: Sent to your account email with order details and invoice link
  • Downloadable Invoice/Receipt: EU-compliant PDF with all payment details (same document serves as both)

You can download invoices anytime from Dashboard โ†’ Billing or from the order confirmation email.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

How do I invite team members to a course?

Navigate to Dashboard โ†’ Team Management. You can either send email invitations by entering email addresses, or share your unique team access code. Members join by clicking the invitation link or entering the code on the Teams page.

Where can I download my invoice/receipt?

You can download your invoice from two places:

  • 1. The order confirmation email sent after purchase (click "View Invoice")
  • 2. Dashboard โ†’ Billing page - click "View Invoice" next to any completed order

The invoice is EU-compliant and serves as both your invoice and receipt.

What if I don't receive my invitation email?

First, check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from Collabr.ai with the subject "You've been invited to join [Team Name]". If it's not there, ask your team leader to resend the invitation or share the team access code directly with you.

Can team members see each other's progress?

No. Only team leaders can view team-wide analytics and individual member progress. Regular team members can only see their own progress to maintain privacy and focus on personal learning.

How long do I have access to purchased courses?

All course purchases include lifetime access. There are no time limits or expiration dates. Your team can learn at their own pace without any pressure.

What happens if I need to add more team members later?

If you reach your team size limit (5, 20, or 50 members) and need to add more, contact our support team. We can help you upgrade to the next tier, and you'll pay the difference based on the new team size. For teams larger than 50 members, we offer custom enterprise pricing.

How does the AI chat lesson work?

Each lesson delivers expertly crafted content through a chat-style interface. The lesson content is pre-written by our team, but presented conversationally. You can activate an independent AI assistant anytime to ask questions or request clarification (the AI doesn't have lesson context, only your chat history). Can I remove a team member?

No, team members cannot be removed once they join. This policy prevents abuse of team size tiers and ensures fair pricing. Choose your team members carefully. If someone deletes their own account, their spot does not free up.
